Tsolopani Ioanna

Tsolopani Joanna is a post-graduate student in the Department of Early Childhood Education of the University of Western Macedonia in Greece. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in the same Institute (2012). Her Dissertation Thesis was about “Heroes with special needs in modernadolescence literature”. She is trained in special education and worked as a teacher in Parallel Support Programme. Last June she participated in the Erasmus Intensive Programme at the subject of Semiotics at Theories & Advertising Practices in Cyprus.

Her interests are focused on ICTs in education, digital storytelling, special education and theatrical education. Finally, the ongoing issue of her diplomatic work is about the narrative coaching in childhood.

Olga Nedelkou is a post – graduate student in the Department of Preschool Education in the University of Western Macedonia in Greece. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education (2012) from University of Western Macedonia. Her Dissertation Project was about teaching traffic education in kindergarden through ICTs and her Diploma thesis, which is on progress, is about the implementation of Flipped Learning in Physics at the elementary school.

She is also interested in ICTs in education, teaching innovation and digital storytelling.

Moutafidou Anna

Moutafidou Anna' s Short CV

Anna Moutafidou is a kindergarten teacher with work and experience in the integration of ICT tools in teaching and learning. She is a PhD candidate in the Department of Early Childhood Education of the University of Western Macedonia. She holds a Master's degree in pedagogy and new technologies and a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has also received a Professional Development Certificate of Making Thinking Visible from Wide World of Harvard’s Graduate School of Education. Her research interests focus on ICTs in education, digital storytelling, creative and critical thinking and creative writing.

She has taught in both private and public school settings. She is currently working as a kindergarten teacher in the Directorate of Primary Education in Western Thessaloniki. Her innovative practice on creating digital comics in Kindergarten has been awarded by the Greek Ministry of National Education (project “A peace injection”) and by the Council of Europe (project “Humans Rights and Democracy”).
