Eleni Smpili

Eleni Spili is an administrative employee of the University of Western Macedonia, working as a member of the Secretariat of the Department of Early Childhood Education. She holds a degree as a Librarian (Alexandrian Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki) and a Kindergarten Teacher (Univrersity of Western Macedonia). She holds a MSc degree in Public Administration (University of Macedonia).

She has significant experience in Human Resources Management and Project Management and Administration.

She has participated in several projects, mainly as an HRM and Quality specialist, but also as an educator/researcher
